What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for clients, helping them stay safe, active, comfortable, and independent at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about providing direct care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to family and CareHero team.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or similar certification required.
• Proven experience providing care to seniors or individuals needing assistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to perform duties independently and reliably.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
