What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in 4-hour increments, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about providing quality care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, observe patient conditions, and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Florida, or HHA/PCA with equivalent experience and willingness to obtain CNA.
• Prior experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Successful completion of a background check.
