What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about providing direct support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero staff regarding client needs and changes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to individuals in a home setting.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Clean background check required.
