What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about providing high-quality care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse or family
• Assist with medication reminders and light meal preparation
• Offer companionship and engage clients in appropriate activities

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Florida required. HHA, PCA, or similar certification may be considered with relevant experience.
• Prior experience providing direct patient care, preferably in a home care setting
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
