What You Will Do?

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide supportive and enriching care for seniors and individuals needing assistance, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light mobility support.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment, reporting any changes in client condition.
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and care goals.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals requiring care (professionally or personally).
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Clean background check required.
