What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about providing direct support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engage in activities that promote well-being
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide light personal care tasks including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support
• Ensure a safe and clean environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to seniors or individuals needing assistance (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
