What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a real difference in someone's daily life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized living space.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment, reporting any changes in client condition or concerns.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or assistance to individuals in a home setting.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Clean pass required background check.
