What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to appropriate personnel

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required in Florida
• Prior experience providing personal care or support to individuals in a home care setting
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
