What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about in-home support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero team members regarding client well-being

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing in-home care or working with seniors/individuals needing assistance
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
